On The Record
Here broken records tell a story. Although they can no longer speak in music, their presence as visual objects is still eloquent. It is only through the inspection of the labels that the full narrative is revealed. Critic’s note: Another musing on the impermanence of memory and historical records. Perhaps a nod to the post-truth age we live in, or a more personal reflection of his own life? It leaves us with questions, which is perhaps the point.
